The policy paper discusses main challenges the regions are facing in the implementation of the environmental dimension of the EU-Ukraine Association agreements, the consequences of the current policy to implement environmental obligations, key alternatives for implementation of the Association Agreement at regional level. It also offers recommendations to main stakeholders regarding increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of the Association Agreement at regional level. Available in Ukrainian only.
The policy paper was developed by the Resource & Analysis Center “Society and Environment” under the project “Promoting reforms in the region”, implemented by the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting in cooperation with European Pravda and financed by the European Union.
