This second edition of Case Law of the Compliance Committee of the Aarhus Convention. The second edition is an expanded version of the first, covering the period from 2004 to 2011, and includes decisions of the Meeting of the Parties to the Convention and descriptions of cases that were coed by the Committee during this period.
